Gary Sterpin is the founder and creator of the SGE technology. He has extensive experience employed as a Mechanical Engineer and Senior Designer at several multinational automotive and truck manufacturers in Australia, during his 40+ year career.

Mark Sterpin has been employed in various roles; within business consulting, financial services, and corporate training fields, as well as having established several business startups over the last 20 years. His qualifications include a Masters of Management, Masters of Financial Planning, and Bachelor of Commerce

Stephanie Sun is a results-driven marketing and communication professional. She has been employed in various marketing and managerial roles, in several companies, both in Australia and China. Her qualifications include an MBA (Marketing), and a Bachelor of Arts.
